We obsessed with these turkey meatballs and make them almost weekly in our house! They are easy, quick and delish! The simple ingredient list allows you to add these meatballs to so many different recipes. I often make a batch of these on a Sunday and freeze half the batch, so we have a healthy dinner option ready to go for busy weeknights. I normally will just defrost them, and we can add the meatballs to soups or top salads with them. We eat these meatballs with a marinara sauce, (Rao’s is our favorite sauce, get it here) or add meatballs to a simple broth-based soups and make my version of Italian wedding soup!
- 3lbs Organic ground turkey
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ Tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 ½ Tsp smoked paprika
- 1 ½ Tsp onion powder
- 1 ½ Tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil (To prevent sticking to sheet pan)
This couldn’t be easier; just combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until all ingredients are combined. This isn’t a mixture you can over work so feel free to really work it until combined! Make ¾ inch to 1-inch meatballs in hands, should make about 20 meatballs. (I like mine on the smaller side) Spread the softened coconut oil on the sheet pan and bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes until slightly browned and cooked through. Enjoy!
