This 30 minute Halibut is packed full of flavor and super easy to make! I love to serve this recipe for dinner guests, because it’s an easy dish to make yet looks and tastes impressive. I like to serve the halibut over ginger and garlic sautéed bok choy (see that recipe here).
- 10oz Wild Caught Halibut
- 3-4 Cloves of Garlic
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 Tbsp of Coconut Amino’s
- 1/4 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tbsp of High Quality Mayo or Vegannaise
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
*If serving multiple people just double recipe to accommodate
Using a microplane, finely grate garlic into a bowl. Combine lime juice, coconut aminos, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Pour the marinade over the halibut and let sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Put the halibut on a baking sheet layered with parchment paper and broil on high for 8-12 minutes, depending on how well you like your fish cooked. I prefer mine a little blackened on top and well done so I typically broil for the full 12 minutes!!
