Pumpkin Hummus for Fall…. not exactly groundbreaking, but it’s oh so delicious and super easy to make! I like serve this pumpkin hummus with toasted pita, and vegtables or even dip these sweet potato falafels in!
- 1 Can of Chickpeas (Drained and Rinsed)
- 1 Can of Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tbsp Raw Tahini Paste
- 2-3 Raw Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tsp Finely Minced Rosemary
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Crushed Red Pepper & Olive Oil Drizzle for Topping
This recipe couldn’t be easier, combine all ingredients into a food processor and mix until the hummus is smooth and creamy! Depending on consistency, you may need to thin the hummus with cold water. Ensure the water you are using is filtered, very cold and only add 1 Tbsp at a time!
