Carrot, Ginger, Turmeric Juice

This carrot, ginger tumeric juice is slightly sweet and has a nice zippy warming taste from the ginger and turmeric. This is one of my favorite juices to drink in the Winter months when you’re looking for warming flavors!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-6 large carrots
  • 2-3 hearts of romaine or celery hearts (whatever you have on hand / prefer)
  • 3 inch knob of ginger
  • 3 inch knob of turmeric 
  • * Optional half an orange for a touch of sweetness 

DIRECTIONS

Just toss all the ingredients into your juicer, et voila you have a lovey juice rich in beta- carotene and anti inflammatory superstars like turmeric and ginger.
