Mexican Chop Salad

This chop salad is crisp, crunchy, and oh so fresh! Since the dressing is made from whipped pumpkin seeds it's rich in protein and very hearty and filling!

Best Combined With - This salad would best combine with neutrals ( raw and steamed vegetables) or proteins like chicken, fish etc.

The dressing can be thinned out with water and/or lime juice. Just add a little at a time and stir as you go until you get the desired consistency.
