About - The Co-op

This everyday green juice is the perfect recipe for anyone new to juicing or a veteran of the green drink! This green juice recipe is packed full of enzymes and rich in chlorophyll from the lacinato kale. For example, celery is full of mineral salts and water which are deeply hydrating. Lemon and ginger flavor the juice and cut any bitterness from the kale! If you’re new to juicing I suggest using this juicer, this juicer is very user-friendly, easy to use, and more importantly very easy to clean!

Practice Food Combining | Best Combines With nothing

Raw Vegetable juices, like the everyday green juice, are incredibly cleansing and hydrating. They should always be consumed on an empty stomach and enjoyed on their own without other foods or beverages for at least 45 minutes. When you drink raw vegetable juice you are consuming the very essence and life force of the vegetable. Think sunshine and water, the only nourishment a plant needs to thrive, hence the wonderful healing properties plants provide. Vegetable juices should always be consumed raw and as fresh as possible, ideally within 30 minutes to an hour of juicing them. This way, the enzymes in the juice are strong and can begin to cleanse, nourish, and heal the body.
